Made from selected natural olive root stock. Strong smoke intensity. Enhances food with the typical, fine, mild, aromatic flavour of olive wood smoke.
Grain size: 2 cm to 3 cm

Ideal for use with all common grills, BBQs and smokers.

Suitable for pork, poultry, fish, beef, lamb & vegetables

Best Use:

  • Soak a handful Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips in fresh water for 30 minutes
  • Wrap the Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips in a piece of aluminum foil, leaving both ends open
  • Place the aluminum foil with the Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips on your hot charcoal, lava rocks, or the electric heating of your BBQ, grill or smoker
  • Once the Olive Wood Smoking Chips start emitting smoke, place your grill goods on the grill
