With years of experience and hard work under their belts, the Topstak team are always happy to help. Meet our Managing Director, Adam Pederseand our dedicated team of sales advisors who are always on hand to provide expert knowledge and guidance on our huge selection of products.

Adam Pedersen – Managing Director

Adam has been working at Topstak since the company first began, and he uses his 20 years of experience to ensure that the business continues to thrive. He continually researches products so that Topstak can be the exclusive dealer for leading manufacturers and is proud to introduce new products into Topstak’s showrooms.

Christian Brookfield – Sales

Christian has worked at Topstak for 10 years and his role includes Sales, coordinating  projects and working on kitchen designs. For customers looking for a new kitchen, Christian will be on hand to help with advice as he has carried out many home visits  for kitchen installations.

Philip Owens – Sales

Phil is friendly, hardworking and approachable, which means he is the perfect fit for a job in sales. He has worked in this role for over 7 years and thoroughly enjoys meeting customers in the showroom and helping them to purchase their ideal stove.

James Roberts- Sales

As a Sales Advisor at Topstak, James’ daily responsibilities include dealing with customers in the showroom, guiding them to the stove that best suits their needs, as well as venturing out to customers’ homes where he can do a site survey and assess what they need installed.

Barrie Roberts – Sales

With 8 years of experience working in the Topstak Sales team, Barrie’s main responsibility is to help customers find the best solution for their home. From hot tubs to chimneys, Barrie’s breadth of knowledge makes him perfectly suited for pointing customers in the right direction and advising them on their purchase.

Outside of the showroom, Barrie likes to hit the slopes with his snowboard and take to the roads with his bike.

Matthew Young – Monmouth Sales

Having been at Topstak for over 8 years, Matthew is one of our most experienced Sales Advisors and oversees the day-to-day running of our Monmouth branch. His impressive knowledge of our extensive product range makes Matthew the ideal person to approach if you’re in need of expert advice on a technical query.

Away from the showroom, Matthew’s interests include football, rugby, tennis and swimming: a true sport fanatic.

Nicky Higgins – Office Manager

Nicky is the problem-solver of the team. As office manager, Nicky supports our sales and installation teams with the operations of our services.

From resolving customer relations to making sure the installations of our products run smoothly, Nicky’s role is to make sure our clients receive a high-quality service from us. As a professional team that values our customers, Nicky is vital for keeping the teams motivated and organised and ensuring we resolve customers’ issues efficiently and effectively, and we maintain the relationships we have with them.

 

Daniel Lewis Williams – Sales Team

As part of the sales team, Daniel supports the rest of the team by delivering the exceptional customer service we are renowned for.

Daniel is a key part of our customers’ journey with us, and is the reliable and crucial link between them and our manufacturers. As well as maintaining the showroom and making sure it’s well-presented for our customers, Daniel ensures we go that extra mile for our customers. Daniel keeps our customers informed about the status of their orders, when they are arriving, etc. and makes sure their needs are met.

Outside of work, Daniel is a keen sports player and enjoys playing football and golf with friends.

Kirsty Lewis – Online Sales Administrator

Kirsty is our online sales administrator at Topstak and is responsible for overseeing our website and online sales.

Kirsty is key in building and maintaining relationships with our online customers. As an online sales administrator, Kirsty ensures our customers get the best experience when they shop on our website. From processing online sales on time to making sure the website is up to date, Kirsty makes sure we maintain our reputation for delivering high-quality customer service. Using her organisational and methodical skills, Kirsty enables us to provide a streamlined customer experience through our website and support our online customers.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kirsty spending quality time with her family and exploring some of the best beaches locally that South Wales has to offer.
