Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has led to the price of wholesale gas going sky high.  Millions are facing fuel bills that are extremely hard to meet.

According to the Energy Saving Trust, firing up a wood-burning stove may be a viable way of reducing household bills by up to 10 percent.
