Single skin liners are often called “Gas flex” and have a single skin of stainless steel that is designed for use with gas fired appliances and certain types of oil fired appliances that create flue gas temperatures less than 250ºC. These liners must not be used with wood or multifuel burning appliances.

We supply the high quality Wonderflex and Triplelock liners with a complete range of fittings to ensure a quick and easy installation. However, to keep options open many people choose to have Multiflex.

If you have a chimney to reline and want us to help with working out what liner and fittings are needed please download the Chimney relining form that shows the information needed.

Relining Chimney and Building Regulations It is a legal requirement that all relining installations comply with the Building Regulations, which for England and Wales is explained in the Approved Document J. These are minimum requirements aimed at making sure installations are safe.

Most people recommend using a HETAS registered installer to fit a stove and liner. However, you need to be sure that they are covered for this type of work.
