- The assembly method allows the inner liner to expand and contract with temperature at the female end. The flue can withstand the temperatures of a soot fire without loosing the integrity of the joints.

This item may be used as the Top Plate on a Base or Intermediate Wall Support on a wall mounted Vertical Chimney in combination with a Pair of Side Plates or Cantilever brackets. It can also be used as a top plate in combination with a Telescopic Floor Support.
