In 1974, when Big Green Egg’s founder Ed Fisher started selling kamado-style ovens from his small store in Atlanta, Georgia, he lured customers in by cooking up mouth-watering chicken wings out on the street. As part of our 50th birthday celebrations, we’re selling the authentic Georgian hot sauce and spice rub needed to recreate those classic Southern flavours.

The perfect balance of heat, acidity and sweetness. Works both as a marinade and a finishing sauce, adding just the right level of spikiness to your wings.
