The flavour profile buzzes with dill and garlic which lift the meat to another level thanks to the notes of sweet pickle and the garlic. A final flourish of oregano, coriander and caraway leads the way for a peppery finish.
Also a mouth-watering burger seasoning for making smash burgers on the flat plate grill or the cast iron in the kitchen. Add the seasoning at 3% to ground beef and use as you would for salt on a steak. Mmmm…! This is a tasty burger!
